Use this custom order form to place an order for a custom printable planner or to request for a size that is unavailable in the shop.

How Custom Order Works

  • Step 1: Submit Custom Order Form

    Fill in the custom order form above, providing as many details as possible. You can also upload any sketches, pictures or examples.

  • Step 2: Place The Order

    Once submitted, we will reply within 24 hours with an invoice and link to purchase. If you're happy to proceed, just follow the link to place your order.

  • Step 3: Approve The Design

    We will send a proof of your custom design within 1-3 business days. You can let us know if you would like any changes to be made.

  • Step 4: Your Order Delivered!

    Once you're happy with the design, we will finish preparing the files and send them to you via email within 1-3 business days.

How much does a custom order cost?

The price for a custom order varies depending on the complexity of the design.

Generally, the price ranges from £5 to £12 GBP per design.

Here are examples of common custom orders and their prices:

  • Adding text and adding/removing lines to an existing design - £5 GBP
  • A custom Daily Planner that is based on existing designs - £8 GBP
  • A custom dated Daily Planner - £12 GBP

What information should I include in the form?

You can include any information that you think may be relevant.

If applicable, be sure to specify if you would your design to have a Monday or Sunday start and dated or undated.

Can I include multiple designs in my custom order?

Yes, you can include multiple custom designs as part of a single order. Be sure to include the details of all custom designs in the custom order form.

Can I change something about my custom design?

Each custom order comes with one free revision. You can claim the free revision within 7 days of receiving the email with your custom order files.

To claim the free revision, just reply to that email and we'll get back to you with the revised design within 3-5 business days.

Can you print my custom planner design?

At this time, we are unable to accommodate printing requests for custom orders.
